Biography
Miriam is an Associate in the M&A and Corporate Finance department. She has experience in advising domestic and international clients on various corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, and general corporate advice. Miriam’s transactional experience includes working for clients that operate in the real estate, telecommunications, energy, and financial services sectors. Miriam has worked for clients such as LXi REIT plc, Canal+ Group, Shore Capital, Voneus Limited and iFOREX.
