BCLP advised Dundee Precious Metals on cash and shares offer for Adriatic Metals

International law firm BCLP is advising Dundee Precious Metals Inc. (DPM) on its cash and shares offer for Adriatic Metals plc. The transaction values the entire issued share capital of Adriatic at approximately USD1.3 billion.

The deal will see DPM, an international gold mining company,  acquire full ownership of Adriatic’s Vares polymetallic project in Bosnia and Herzegovina, strengthening DPM’s global portfolio, which already spans Bulgaria, Serbia, and Ecuador.

DPM is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, while Adriatic is listed on both the London Stock Exchange and the Australian Stock Exchange.
