Biography

Musa Kurt is a member of the Financial Institutions Group, and regularly handles secured and unsecured syndicated, club, and bilateral credit facilities on behalf of major financial institutions.  Musa has in-depth experience with revolving credit facilities, term loans, liquidity lines, margin loans and other financing arrangements for pooled investment vehicles, including mutual funds, closed-end funds, collective investment trusts, exchange-traded funds, hedge funds and funds of funds. In addition, he has experience with leveraged finance transactions.

Musa also assists corporate trust departments of major financial institutions in their roles as indenture trustees and agents in connection with domestic and cross-border secured and unsecured debt capital markets transactions. His corporate trust experience includes issuances of public and private debt under trust indentures of domestic and international issuers, as well as preferred shares of regulated funds.
