He also provides thoughtful counsel and business-minded solutions to clients regarding US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and stock exchange reporting and disclosure requirements, proxy statements and shareholder meetings, investor communications, and board and shareholder governance matters.

Alongside his extensive US practice, Ofir brings significant experience advising foreign private issuers (FPIs), seeking listings on US securities exchanges or access to U.S. capital markets, and offers strategic guidance on transaction readiness, market positioning, investor engagement, and the long‑term compliance considerations associated with becoming a US‑listed company.
