Olaniyi Solebo is an attorney in BCLP’s San Francisco office.  His practice spans a broad range of industries and subject matters, including mass torts, products liability, financial services disputes, class action litigation, environmental litigation and enforcement defense, intellectual property, and antitrust.

Olaniyi has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit strategy, dispositive motion practice, fact and expert discovery, oral argument, witness preparation for deposition and trial, error preservation, and post-judgment and appellate strategy.  He has represented clients before state and federal courts, including several courts of appeals, and in arbitration proceedings.

Before entering private practice, Olaniyi clerked for Judge Charles R. Wilson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and Judge Matthew F. Kennelly of the United States District Court for Northern District of California. 

Olaniyi maintains an active pro bono practice and has successfully represented indigent clients in state and federal courts, including before the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Ninth Circuits.
