Biography

Paul Spence is an associate in the M&A and Corporate Finance department.

Paul has experience in advising domestic and international clients on a variety of transactions including public and private mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, joint ventures, private equity and general corporate advice. He works across a broad range of sectors such as real estate, financial services, technology and mining and minerals.
