Philip Hecht is a Partner at BCLP, where he leads the Real Estate practice in the Middle East. He has 20 years’ experience regularly advising on high-value, high-profile construction, real estate and projects mandates in the UAE and beyond.

Prior to joining BCLP, Philip was in-house at Miral, an Abu Dhabi government-owned entity, where he spent nearly 10 years. At Miral, Philip advised on the delivery of some of the largest and most unique leisure, hospitality and tourism projects in the world.

He has also spent 9 years with one of the world’s largest law firms, regularly advising on major infrastructure, construction and real estate mandates.

Philip was recently inducted into the Legal 500 Hall of Fame, was previously on the Legal 500’s GC Powerlist for the Middle East and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
