Pierre has more than 30 years’ experience in the real estate sector handling all manner of real estate transactions in France and in Europe. His activity encompasses office spaces, shopping centers, retail, logistics, hotels, residential and more.

He advises real estate investors, property developers, asset managers, end users and high net worth individuals on acquisition and sale of real estate assets - real estate portfolio - real estate company, joint venture agreement, complex real estate development, setting up of funds, and commercial leases.

Prior to joining the Paris Bar in 2003, Pierre founded a centre for specialised research in planning and construction law, which he managed for 5 years prior to heading up, for 5 years , the legal department at Espace Promotion (subsidiary of Unibail), a company that focused on developing shopping centres.
