Rahul is an Associate on the Corporate Transactions team, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic business transactions including joint ventures, recapitalizations, growth equity investments and corporate restructurings. He represents Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, search funds, closely held businesses and entrepreneurs on both buy‑side and sell‑side deals. Rahul’s practice includes a broad range of industries, including, sports, entertainment, healthcare and technology. He has extensive experience on transactions of all shapes and sizes, ranging from $20 million to over $1 billion in value.

Rahul also counsels boards of directors and senior executives on corporate governance and general corporate matters. He also serves as outside general counsel to privately held companies.

Rahul is skilled in helping clients balance risk, pace and commercial priorities during significant corporate events. He finds practical solutions to complex legal issues and gets deals done.

Rahul earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, where he served as President and Founding Executive Board Member of the Business Law Society.
