Biography

Rebecca Zarett is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate group. She focuses her practice on the representation of private equity funds, owners and operators, developers and lenders in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, real estate financing and joint ventures across a wide variety of asset classes.

Rebecca is also a member of the firmwide LGBTQ* Lawyers Affinity group and the Recruiting Committee for the New York office.

In addition to her real estate practice, Rebecca is on the Board of Directors of VISIONS, a not-for-profit which provides rehabilitation and social services to blind and visually impaired people throughout the greater New York area.
