Rebecca Nelson is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions practice. She advises public and private companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracting, and debt and equity transactions across a variety of industries. Rebecca also assists clients with various corporate governance matters.  Rebecca received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. During law school, she served as Director of Academic and Professional Success for the Black Law Students Association and as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She also competed on Emory’s Transactional Certificate Program Negotiations Team. She first joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2021.
