Biography

Renée Frost has experience in a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, secured and unsecured financings, securitized real estate loans, private placements and equity offerings. She counsels clients on day-to-day general corporate law and organizational matters, providing valuable guidance and preparing them for successful transactions. Drawing on her substantial knowledge of lender and rating agency requirements, she advises on the structuring of borrower agreements in complex and syndicated financing arrangements.

Ms. Frost is chair of the firm’s Opinion Committee and serves her colleagues and clients by negotiating and reviewing opinions rendered by the firm in a wide variety of matters.
