Biography
Robert Browne is an associate with BCLP’s Employment & Labor group representing employers in complex workplace matters. He has experience advising clients in collective bargaining negotiations, including developing strategy, analyzing proposals, drafting contract language, and providing real-time counsel during high-stakes bargaining sessions, and has also represented employers in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, managing all phases of litigation in federal and state courts, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Robert earned his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he was a Lawyering Skills Research Fellow and a UCI Law Moot Court competitor recognized with a Second Runner-Up Best Brief award. He received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, where he studied American Studies and English.
