Biography

Rod Mahoney is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group of the firm's Irvine office. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate and finance transactions, representing clients in connection with the acquisition, management, financing, and disposition across a variety of asset classes, including retail, office, multi-family, master planned communities, and mixed-use projects.               

Rod earned his J.D. from the University if California- Irvine, where he held the role of Articles Editor on the UC Irvine Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Rod earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California- Irvine in African American Studies and obtained an associate's degree in Business Administration from Cerritos College.
