Roger has extensive experience in all areas of property finance including mortgages of land and other assets, loan agreements, guarantees, priority documents and enforcement including sales of portfolios of secured loans.

He also has wide experience of development and project loans, limited partnership loans, taxed based financing using rents and other receivables, property sales/purchases, landlord and tenant transactions and disputes and other insolvency and receivership work.
