Sagar is a structured finance and securitisation lawyer, and is a member of the Real Estate Finance Structured Debt Team. Sagar advises on real estate-backed warehouse facilities, portfolio acquisition financings, Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), back-leverage structures and senior/mezzanine structures. Sagar combines strong technical expertise with a commercial and client-centred approach. 

Prior to working at BCLP, Sagar spent a number of years working in-house at a global investment bank, gaining an in-depth understanding of the client experience, which informs his approach in private practice. Prior to that, Sagar worked in the structured finance team of a magic circle law firm.
