Sam is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Due Diligence team. Qualifying in 2004, Sam has worked for a number of national and international firms. Initial experience focused on large scale residential development projects, broadening over the years to encompass extensive practice in all areas of real estate law, including acquisition and disposal, refinancing, development, landlord and tenant, and asset management for a number of high-profile, corporate clients on complex, multi-million pound transactions.

In recent years, Sam was a lead solicitor and member of the client relationship management team for a number of multinational transport companies working together with a range of stakeholders on all aspects of property law emanating from successful franchise bids with Network Rail and the subsequent management of rail, bus and coach property portfolios. Recently joining the Due Diligence team, Sam is excited to continue to build on this knowledge and experience with BCLP and its clients.
