Sam Hofmeier practices with the Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Client Service Groups. Before joining the firm, Mr. Hofmeier clerked for the Honorable Michael S. Kanne of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago, Illinois.
After graduating with a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Kansas, Mr. Hofmeier attended the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Hofmeier served as an Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Journal and won the school’s Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition. Mr. Hofmeier also served as a legal intern for the Honorable Eric F. Melgren of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, and he graduated first in his class.
