Samuel is a lawyer in the real estate team in Germany. He advises national and international clients, including public entities, institutional investors and family offices, across all key areas of corporate and real estate law. His real estate law practice focuses on the purchase and sale of properties as part of share and asset deals, as well as commercial leases and other property-related transactions. In corporate law, Samuel von Eicke und Polwitz advises clients in connection with private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings.

Samuel has also been appointed as a notary public by Frankfurt am Main Higher Regional Court since July 2024. As a notary, he provides the full range of notarial services as an independent holder of a public office.
