Biography

Sarah is an associate in BCLP’s Tax Advice and Controversy team and is based in London. She has broad experience across both domestic and international markets, focused on tax matters related to the following areas: finance transactions, corporate and equity capital markets transactions, and investment fund structuring.

She has worked on a large number of international financing transactions, acting on both the borrower side and lender side. She has also been the lead tax associate on a number of cross-border M&A transactions. A number of these deals have also involved tax-specific warranty and indemnity insurance policies.

Prior to joining BCLP, Sarah was also part of the team that advised on the establishment of a new retail investment platform, intending to target mainly European investors, with a worldwide investment strategy across real estate, debt and alternatives markets.
