  • Biography

Biography

Shruta is a Senior Associate on the firm’s Real Estate Finance team, with experience advising on real estate finance, banking and finance and project finance transactions. She has worked on financing matters across the UK, the Channel Islands and Europe, including advising banks, alternative lenders, real estate funds and developers.

Prior to joining BCLP, Shruta practiced at several international law firms, advising clients on financing matters across multiple jurisdictions. She is qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.

Shruta holds an LL.M. in Global Business Law and an LL.M. in Corporate Finance from New York University School of Law, as well as a B.A. and M.Phil. in Psychology from the University of Cambridge.
