Trevor Varnes serves as BCLP’s Global Chief Operating Officer, based in the Seattle office. Trevor manages the firm’s operational functions, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and business operations while maintaining leadership of BCLP’s financial operations.

Trevor initially joined BCLP in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. In that role, he led meaningful improvements to the firm’s financial operations. In his broader role of Chief Operating Officer, Trevor continues to oversee the firm’s financial operations while expanding his supervision across firmwide operations – a holistic view that enables him to better guide the firm’s growth strategy.
