Biography

Troy Gordon has practiced for almost 40 years advising clients in the areas of commercial real estate, real estate, asset based and structured finance, and credit restructurings and workouts, joining BCLP following law school in 1987.  Mr. Gordon left BCLP 13 years later to serve as the General Counsel of a St. Louis-based multifamily developer, overseeing all legal aspects of the acquisition, financing, management and disposition of a geographically diverse apartment portfolio.  After 14 years, he sought a new challenge and joined another St. Louis-based multifamily owner on the business side as an acquisition specialist, underwriting and closing the acquisition and financing of apartment complexes throughout the country.  He returned to BCLP in 2016 and continues to represent public and private institutional clients in all of their various commercial real estate and lending activities.
