Biography
With over 30 years of experience, Vincent Trevisani has recognized expertise in corporate law, M&A, and project development within the energy and infrastructure sectors. He advises developers, utilities, private equity and infrastructure funds, and industrial groups throughout the entire project lifecycle: development, construction, financing, joint ventures, acquisitions, and divestitures. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of the energy transition, including renewable energy (onshore and offshore wind, solar, storage, biogas), EV charging, nuclear, gas, electricity and heating networks, energy efficiency, and infrastructure (waste management, public transportation).
Vincent has a leading transactional practice in the energy transition, assisting French clients with their domestic and cross-border projects as well as foreign investors with their projects in France.
He brings extensive international experience, notably in New York and Latin America where he practiced for several years and he regularly handles complex cross-border matters across Europe, the United States, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
