Biography
William Brodsky concentrates his practice in the real estate and corporate areas, primarily assisting both real estate opportunity funds and developers/operators in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex joint venture transactions covering a wide range of asset classes, including office, retail, residential and mixed-use properties, hotels, casinos and land development.
Will's experience also includes negotiating and documenting real estate finance transactions representing borrowers and lenders.
