Zaynah is an Associate in the Non-Contentious Construction team. She advises clients on a broad range of construction and development matters across the UK and Middle East. Her experience includes acting for developers, contractors, sub-contractors and funders on the procurement and delivery of projects, helping clients manage contractual risk throughout the project lifecycle.

Her practice focuses on the drafting, review and negotiation of construction documentation, including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and ancillary project documentation. She has experience advising on a range of standard form contracts, including JCT, NEC and FIDIC-based arrangements, and regularly supports clients with construction due diligence, transaction support, and risk allocation.

Zaynah has worked on a variety of developments across the commercial real estate, logistics, student accommodation, office, hotel, mixed-use, data centre and energy sectors, including development, forward funding and financing transactions.
