Zoe Taheri is an Associate with the firm's Corporate Transactions group. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While there, she served as Senior Diversity and Outreach Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and was a Clinical Student with the Community and Economic Development Clinic, where she supported commercial property development and business matters.  She was also Co-Chair of the UCI Law Entertainment & Sports Law Society and volunteered with the Innocence Project of Orange County and the Veterans Legal Institute, earning her the Pro Bono 1L Achievement Award.

Prior to law school, Zoe earned her B.S. in Business Psychology, cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego.
