Un Counsel de BCLP cité dans un article de Challenges dédié à la haine en ligne
Sep 05, 2022Dans le cadre d’un article dédié à la haine en ligne publié le 25 août 2022, Pierre-Emmanuel Frogé, Counsel en IT, IP & Data au sein du bureau de Paris de BCLP, a été interrogé pour apporter des précisons sur les moyens à disposition des victimes pour limiter l’humiliation qu’elles subissent.
Il précise ainsi qu’ « il est tout simplement impossible de bloquer des centaines de comptes ou de canaux anonymes à moins d’obtenir une décision de justice ».
