Biography

Didier has advised French and international companies, institutional and private investors, and family businesses on structuring and restructuring transactions for nearly 30 years. He helps clients with their restructuring projects in France and abroad, particularly in connection to distressed M&A transactions and complex cross-border financing. He focuses on investments, divestments and real estate projects by managing the risks and issues related to insolvency proceedings, conciliation, ad hoc mandates and turnarounds. He is also well respected for his experience in M&A, project finance and buyouts of distressed companies, both from a transactional and litigation perspective.

In addition to handling numerous domestic cases, Didier advises foreign investors in France and French investors abroad. His in-depth understanding of cultural differences thanks to his work experience in several countries, combined with his ability to manage crisis and complex situations, makes him a valuable partner for businesses in the current COVID-19 crisis. He represents investors in multiple industries including Biotech and Pharmatech, retail, real estate and hospitality. He also advises creditors in bank restructuring activities such as bail-in or bail-out. Over the years, Didier has earned various awards in the fields of restructuring, private equity and litigation.
