Biography
Yecine advises French and international clients, including institutional investors, listed companies, investment funds, and major players in real estate, logistics, and energy infrastructure, on their strategic transactions.
He mainly works in corporate taxation, with recognized expertise in real estate taxation, including taxation of SIICs, real estate investment funds, and French and international investment structures. He has been involved in numerous real estate transactions, including transactions worth more than €1 billion.
His practice also covers tax audits, tax modeling and structuring of investments, negotiations with the tax authorities, and management of recurring tax issues related to real estate groups.
Yecine holds a Master 2 in corporate tax law from Paris Dauphine University (M221) and an LL.M. in comparative law from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is fluent in French and English.
He is a member of the Paris Bar since 2018 and also a member of the Institute of Tax Lawyers (IACF).
