Alexis Early, a partner in BCLP's Antitrust, Competition and Trade practice, recently spoke with Law360 about international trade policies to watch for the remainder of 2026.

In the article, Alexis discussed ongoing litigation and upcoming tariff actions, Section 301 tariffs and Customs' legal authority, and what the ongoing uncertainty means for business planning.

"We could see clarity or resolution on individual court cases or individual tariff laws," Alexis told Law360. "But within the larger context of global trade policy and how it impacts companies operating across borders, I do not expect the situation to reach some sort of permanent resolution or stasis in the next six months."
