BCLP advise The Crown Estate on pre-let at One Hanover Street to Ares Management

International law firm BCLP has advised longstanding client The Crown Estate on the pre-let of the office space at One Hanover Street to Ares Management (“Ares”), a leading global alternative investment manager. Once complete, One Hanover Street will be Ares’ largest office in Europe.

The Crown Estate is undertaking a significant refurbishment of the building. The project will deliver 124,000 sq ft of redeveloped office space above the iconic Apple store on Regent Street, including six levels of high-quality new floorspace, a rooftop pavilion and a terrace overlooking the West End.

Client Relationship Partner Anna Robbins commented, “It was a great opportunity for our team to advise on a landmark letting of this scale – one of the largest in the West End in recent years.
