BCLP advised LaSalle on green capex repositioning financing and acquisition financing

International law firm BCLP advised LaSalle Investment Management on providing a multi-facility financing to a global investment management firm for the acquisition and repositioning of two UK distribution centre plots. 

The financing includes a dedicated green loan capex facility to support the sustainability-led repositioning of the site, with the sustainability‑focused repositioning programme targeting BREEAM “Excellent” and EPC “A” ratings through solar PV, heat pumps, rainwater harvesting and enhanced amenities.
