A multidisciplinary BCLP team advised longstanding client Edge on a c.£340 million refinancing of their landmark London Bridge development.

Located on London’s South Bank, the 275,500 sq ft, 26-storey office tower is due to complete later this year and is set to become one of the capital’s most sustainable commercial developments, targeting NABERS, BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications.

Tristan Capital Partners provided the loan, which refinances the existing construction facility and funds the remaining costs to complete the scheme. BCLP advised on all property and construction aspects of the deal. The transaction highlights the strength of BCLP’s market-leading real estate platform and our ability to provide innovative support on high-value, complex mandates.
