Tom is a Partner in the BCLP Commercial Construction team, based in London.

Tom specialises in advising on the procurement of construction projects and in drafting and negotiating construction legal documentation, including building contracts, consultant appointments, bonds, guarantees and other related documents.

Tom also has extensive experience advising on the construction aspects of real estate market transactions such as sales, lettings, funding agreements, development agreements and their inter-relationship with the construction documents.
