BCLP advises Groupe News Participations on the acquisitions of A. Télé and TV Normandie

International law firm BCLP has advised Groupe News Participations (Altice France) on the acquisitions of A. Télé (Alsace 20) and TV Normandie (La Chaîne Normande) in two separate deals.

These two deals concerned the acquisition of A. Télé and TV Normandie, companies that own and operate the television channels Alsace 20 and La Chaîne Normande respectively.

Groupe News Participations (GPN) is a leading player in the French media sector. Through its subsidiaries, it operates radio stations RMC and BFM Business, national DTT channels BFMTV, RMC Découverte and RMC Story, channels BFM Business TV, BFM Paris, BFM Lyon, BFM Grand Lille, BFM Grand Littoral, BFM Côte d'Azur, RMC Sport News, RMC Sport, and BFM DICI, as well as the websites and assets  associated with these media brands.

The sellers of A. Télé were advised by Joël Frey (partner) and Martin Kosmicki (lawyer) of law firm FIDAL.
