Biography
Paul advises corporate clients as well as private equity funds on mergers, acquisitions and private equity deals. He also advises French and overseas companies on their internal restructurings and equity transactions and is knowledgable in general corporate law to support clients at all stages of their development.
He has assisted clients particularly in the telecoms, media, hospitality and leisure, new technology and renewable energy sectors.
Paul speaks fluent French and English and is admitted to the Paris Bar.

- Advised Groupe News Participations on the acquisition of French documentary production company T2MP;
- Advised a French client for the acquisition of a 3* hotel in the center of Paris;
- Assisted Novo Banco, Portugal’s third largest bank, on the sale of its 87.5% stake in its French subsidiary Banque Espirito Santo et de la Vénétie (BESV) to My Money Bank, a subsidiary of US private investment firm Cerberus;
- Advised Altice Group on selling stakes in its French telecom tower businesses;
- Advised Montefiore Investment, a French private equity funds on the management packages granted to the managers of the target company;
- Advised MVC Capital Inc., a US funds on the sale of Centile Telecom Applications, a leading European developer of unified communications and fixed-mobile convergence platforms for operators and integrators to VOIP Holdings GmbH;
- Assistance of Altice in the sale of Coditel (Belgian and Luxembourg telecom operators) to Telenet Group; and
- Advised a French client for the acquisition of Lily of the Valley, 5* hotel in the south of France (previously known as Souleias, 3* hotel).
