BCLP advises Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes and Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre on €13 million solar projects financing
Jun 11, 2026BCLP advised Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes and Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre on a €13 million financing for UNITe’s construction of three solar power plants located on pheasant farms.
UNITe, an independent renewable energy producer backed by Ardian since 2024 and a leading player in the French market, has been developing agrivoltaic projects for several years, combining decarbonized power generation with sustainable agricultural activity. InApril, the Lyon-based company completed three financing transactions, for a total amount of €13 million, with Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes and Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre.
The transaction relates to the construction and operation of three photovoltaic aviaries located in the municipalities of Ciran and Mouzay (Indre-et-Loire) and Sainte-Pazanne (Loire-Atlantique). Installed on pheasant farms, these facilities will represent a total capacity of approximately 14 MWp and are expected to be gradually commissioned starting in 2027.
