Gwenael Fassot is a senior associate focusing his practice on project and acquisition finance in the Paris office.

Gwenael advises financial institutions, sponsors, developers and institutional investors on both French and international transactions, in the context of project finance in the energy sector and acquisition finance transactions (LBOs).
