BCLP advises on Milton Park’s on a £376 million financing

International law firm BCLP has advised the Milton Park’s Joint Venture on a £376,000,000 financing. Milton Park is a nationally significant science and technology park. The transaction represents one of the largest single-asset financings in the UK outside London.

Located in South Oxfordshire and within the “Golden Triangle” between London, Oxford and Cambridge, the Park is home to over 280 organisations, from start-ups to leading global science and technology companies, across life science, biotech, green energy, healthtech, advanced engineering, technology, agritech and professional services.

Covering over 300 acres with nearly 3 million square feet of floor space across 87 separate buildings, Milton Park is one of the largest single ownership innovation campuses in Europe. Accommodation includes offices, research facilities, mid tech space and over 800,000 sq ft of laboratory space and a growing range of amenities.
