BCLP Advises Pembroke on Acquisition of The Lark, Nine Elms

BCLP advised Pembroke Real Estate LLC, an international sustainable real estate adviser, on the acquisition of The Lark, an operational, build-to-rent scheme in Nine Elms, near Battersea Power Station.

Guided by BCLP, this acquisition marks the latest milestone in Pembroke’s growth and its first BTR acquisition in the London market, particularly notable at a time when the build-to-rent market continues to gather momentum.
