  • Advised Landsec on their disposal of 1 New Street Square for £349.5 million.
  • Advised Landsec on their disposal of 21 Moorfields, prior to the completion of the development, for £809 million. 
  • Advised Pembroke Real Estate on the sale of 49 Park Lane, London.
  • Advised Pembroke Real Estate on the acquisition of The Lark, an operational, build-to-rent scheme in Nine Elms. 
  • Advised Landsec on their disposal of 1&2 New Ludgate for £552 million.
  • Advised Nova Limited Partnership in connection with the structuring of the Nova Victoria, (a 897,000 sq ft mixed use scheme in Victoria) including the disposal of a 50% joint venture interest and buy out of the adjoining development site.
  • Advised Landsec in connection with pre-letting 21 Moorfields to Deutsche Bank (564,000 sq ft), New Ludgate to Mizuho Bank (200,000 sq ft), 1 New Street Square to Deloitte (275,000 sq ft) and the letting up of Nova, Victoria (727,000 sq ft).
  • Advised an international insurance broker in relation to an office pre-let in  the City of London
  • Advised a large international bank in relation to significant office pre-lets in Manila and Jakarta.
  • Advised Landsec on the sale of Eastern Quarry, a 269 hectare regeneration scheme with planning permission for 6,250 homes.
  • Advised a life sciences company on the sale and partial leaseback of a significant life sciences site near Liverpool.
