Particular emphasis on development work, investment sales and acquisitions for clients such as Land Securities and Canary Wharf on well-known landmark properties, such as 20 Fenchurch Street and Nova.
International experience includes acting for Rockspring on the O’Parinor shopping centre in Paris, as well as Citi Bank on pre-lets in Manila.
Member of the Operational Board of the Investment Property Forum (IPF).

Advised on infrastructure issues with London Underground and Thames Water, joint venture with CPPIB, rights of light, neighbourly issues and pre-letting.
New Ludgate development 381,000 Sq. Ft. - Advising on the set-up and pre-letting of this large City development, including 193,000 pre-let to Mizuho Bank.
1 New Street 275,000 Sq. Ft. - Advised Land Securities on the pre-let in its entirety to Deloitte LLP, more than 12 months ahead of completion. Due for completion June 2016.
