BCLP advises QuintEvents in acquisition by Liberty Media

International law firm BCLP represented QuintEvents LLC, a global provider of official ticket, hospitality, and travel experiences to many of the world’s most prominent sports and entertainment events, in the signing of a definitive acquisition agreement pursuant to which Liberty Media Corporation will acquire QuintEvents. 

QuintEvents is the industry-leading provider of premium ticket, hospitality and travel experiences to sports and entertainment events, including Formula 1, NBA, Kentucky Derby, MotoGP, Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, NASCAR Chicago Experiences, Breeders Cup, Belmont Stakes and the NHL. QuintEvents is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and has offices in six countries. 

Liberty Media Corporation operates and owns interests in a broad range of media, communications and entertainment businesses, including, SiriusXM, Formula One, LiveNation and until recently MLB’s Atlanta Braves.

The BCLP team advising QuintEvents was led by Amy Wilson and Diana Rosia with significant support from partners Cathryn Benedict, Frank Crisafi, Marie Johnson, Adam Braun, Anthony George and Becky Nelson, among others.
