Ms. Wilson’s practice focuses on representing private and public companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, representing publicly traded companies in connection with securities and corporate governance matters, and representing investment funds and emerging growth companies in growth capital transactions.

Ms. Wilson earned her J.D. from the University of Iowa, College of Law in 2009 where she served as Managing Editor of the Iowa Law Review.
