BCLP assisted ReparCar, the startup specializing in the sale of used car parts for private clients and professionals, in raising €2M from Via ID, BPIFrance and its Business Angels, including entrepreneur Alain Weill (RMC and BFMTV).

ReparCar.fr, created in 2018, is the automotive marketplace dedicated to professional and private clients and dedicated to promoting the circular economy. ReparCar has developed an innovative business model with the objective to reduce the cost of repairing vehicles which are 5 years or older, and to simplify the online purchase of reused car parts.

Reparcar's ambition is to become the leading player in the used car parts market. This fundraising will enable the company to accelerate its development, including expand internationally, to strengthen its teams and to optimize its technological resources.

This operation confirms the firm's positioning in the new technologies sector and its commitment to sustainable development and the circular economy.

BCLP's team in Paris was composed of Virginie Brault-Scaillet, Counsel and Paul Ast, Associate (Corporate - M&A).
