International law firm BCLP advised Safran Defense and Space, Inc. (“Safran DSI”) with its acquisition of Attollo Engineering, LLC.

Safran DSI, a US subsidiary of French multinational Safran Group, delivers advanced defense and space technologies that support mission-critical operations across multiple domains such as laser systems, fluid, fuel and oxygen systems, space solutions and navigation and geospatial intelligence.

Attollo specializes in shortwave infrared and midwave infrared imaging systems and laser sensing technologies, serving innovative solutions to the defense, aerospace and commercial sectors.
