BCLP advises SatixFy on the English law aspects of its proposed acquisition by MDA Space

International law firm BCLP has successfully advised SatixFy Communications Ltd. on the English law aspects of its proposed acquisition by MDA Space.

MDA Space’s proposed acquisition of SatixFy aims to strategically enhance MDA Space’s end-to-end satellite offering as demand for next-generation digital constellations grows.

SatixFy, a leader in next-generation satellite communication systems based on in-house-developed chipsets, has entered into an agreement with MDA Space for its acquisition. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

MDA Space is a global leader in space technology, offering a comprehensive range of solutions for satellite communications, Earth observation, and space exploration.
