BCLP advises the shareholders of Infracos on its acquisition by Phoenix Tower International (PTI)
Sep 03, 2025BCLP advised the shareholders of Infracos, a joint venture equally owned by SFR and Bouygues Telecom, on the antitrust aspects of its acquisition by Phoenix Tower International (PTI).
The competition and distribution team at BCLP Paris advised the shareholders of Infracos — a joint venture equally owned by SFR and Bouygues Telecom, dedicated to the sharing of their mobile networks in medium-density areas — on the antitrust aspects of its acquisition by Phoenix Tower International (PTI), a Blackstone portfolio company specializing in the construction and management of mobile telecom infrastructure.
Infracos operates approximately 3,700 telecom sites across France. The transaction, valued at €870 million in total enterprise value, is expected to be completed by the end of 2025 and is subject to clearance from the French Competition Authority, ARCEP, and the Minister of the Economy.
