International law firm BCLP advised Voyager Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: VOYG) in the acquisition of Electromagnetic Systems, Inc.

Voyager is a Denver-based defense and space technology company that focuses on redefining intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) in the air, space, national security, and maritime fields.

EMSI is a California-based business that specializes in AI and machine learning based automated target recognition software and intelligence analytics for space radar systems. The acquisition will enhance Voyager’s defense and ISR commercial capabilities through EMSI’s advanced AI systems.

The BCLP deal team was led by Tim Hanson, Stephen Kozey, Kaley Rickert, and Madison Walsh (all Corporate Transactions).
