BCLP Strengthens London Employment Team with Lateral Partner Hire
Aug 03, 2026BCLP announces today that Caroline Noblet has joined the firm’s Employment & Labor team as a partner in London. Caroline’s arrival marks a significant step in the firm’s strategic growth of its market-leading employment practice and coincides with the additions of Paul Sands and Bradley Houston, who join the London team as counsel on the same date.
Caroline joins the firm from Squire Patton Boggs where she spent more than 30 years building an international employment practice and served as Global Head of Employment for over a decade. Over her career she has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to major multinational organisations, including FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies as well as businesses headquartered across the US and Asia on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional teams on complex cross-border employment matters and has developed numerous board-level relationships.
A recognized leader in legal innovation, Caroline has spearheaded the development of employment and HR technology solutions designed to help international organisations access practical employment guidance across multiple jurisdictions.
With leading lawyers across key jurisdictions, BCLP’s Employment & Labor team advises on complex workplace matters, including workforce transformation, investigations, disputes, executive issues and global compliance. Caroline's extensive international experience and track record advising global companies align closely with the firm's growth strategy.
